resin is an innovative and versatile material.
resin can be used to create solutions that emphasise continuity between different surfaces: floors, walls, stairs and furnishings.
resin makes it possible to achieve continuous and uniform flooring.
Thanks to the possibility of choosing the base colours, the finish and the type of processing (Spatolato, monochrome, multi-coloured), each floor is unique and can faithfully reflect the client's taste.
Repellent
resin is a water-repellent material and therefore less prone to the formation of stains and halos as it does not absorb liquids
The resins blend into the structure of common building materials: bricks, sandstone, mortar, etc. and form a dense, impermeable network. The cross-linking of the resin is ensured even in environments with high humidity.
The actual waterproofing of the surface and/or coating will be effective upon completion of all product application cycles.
Versatility
resin is a very versatile material and allows for multiple decorative effects and a variety of colours and combinations of them, creating smooth or non-smooth, textured, glossy or matt surfaces.
You can simulate any effect of Nature, from classic to dramatic and contemporary effects with a strong visual impact.
The resin can be embellished with iridescence, be Spatolato or uniform, monochrome or multicolour while maintaining its characteristics of resistance, hygiene, high washability and low thickness.
Resistance
The resins adapt perfectly to the adequately prepared substrate to which they have been applied.
This allows for a monolithic floor and/or wall covering, without joints or gaps.
This compensates for gradients, increasing the degree of insulation and endowing the flooring with great mechanical, chemical and wear resistance.
.Depending on the type of resin used and the application cycle, we can obtain flooring of different thicknesses (from 1 to 13 mm) without ever giving up strength.
Reparability
Resins are not only very resistant to external agents, but also have the characteristic of being repairable.
Repairing a resin floor can usually be done quickly and does not require excessive costs.
Qualora il pavimento riportasse dei segni di danneggiamento è possibile intervenire sulla fessurazione, riparando la superficie riapplicando la stessa tipologia di resina usata in origine a prescindere dalla sua finitura.

Survey and evaluation
Following the customer's request for contact, an inspection is carried out in order to assess, as accurately as possible, the pre-existing flooring on which the resin will be applied.
The position and conditions of use of the floor, the state of deterioration of the substrate and the possible presence of other agents that could affect the success of the laying will be evaluated.
Finishing design
Once the preliminary studies on the surface to be resin-coated have been completed, our technicians will formulate the suitable and customised application cycle for the flooring required.
Following the customer's specifications, different solutions are presented with different types of resin and finish, all equally effective.
Complementary works
In addition to paving or cladding, complementary works such as shells or joists for structural joints may be included.
Construction and Laying

Survey
The inspection is carried out by a specialised technician who will take a look at the pre-existing flooring on which the new installation will be made.
The condition of the flooring, the flatness of the substrate, the presence of depressions and slopes, anomalies to be corrected and the presence of water infiltrations, which could compromise the successful laying of the new flooring, will all be assessed.

Repair
Nel caso in cui venissero riscontrati i problemi sopra elencati, si provvederà ad una riparazione del supporto e alla preparazione dello stesso, conferendogli una adeguata uniformità di base e rendendolo adatto all'adesione del nuovo rivestimento resinoso.

After checking the substrate, the primer can be applied. Its function is to ensure that the surface is completely uniform. The primer also makes the substrate more porous and allows the resin to adhere better.
It is a rather fluid compound, can be water-based and is able to penetrate very deeply.

Once the substrate is treated with the primer with an adhesion function, the resin defined in the design phase is applied.
There are different types of resin, each with specific characteristics and a different laying cycle.
They range from self-levelling, to laying by trowel to multilayer.
Queens, coloured powders or decorative elements are also added at this stage.
Quality control
Our technicians will be present during the various phases of the work, always in close contact with the installers and immediately available in case of need or technical clarification.
.After the completion of the work, through a periodical check-up by our marketing department, the customer can count on a complete follow-up.

Once the resin is applied and after it has dried, it will be possible to apply the desired finish (e.g. glossy or matt) and, if required, a UV filter.
Company logos or signage elements (lanes) can also be applied at this stage.

The Engineering Department
The technical department is constantly at the customer's disposal to discuss the various processing stages involved and to provide a better understanding of the customer's needs.
The customer is always invited to express concerns or special needs, both in terms of preferences regarding the finish and aesthetic result of the flooring, and in case there are needs of a more technical nature (coverings that must undergo particular stresses).
The marketing department
The marketing department is the first company profile the customer comes into contact with.
Cordialità e disponibilità sono le caratteristiche principali di questo ramo aziendale che si occupa di mantenere e interfacciare il cliente e le sue esigenze con l'ufficio tecnico.
The task of the marketing department is also to periodically monitor the customer in the after-sales area.
