The material: Resin
From your project idea to turnkey delivery

Customization
Resin is an innovative and versatile material.
With resin, it is possible to create solutions that highlight continuity between different surfaces: floors, walls, stairs, and furniture complements.
Resin allows for a continuous and uniform flooring.
Thanks to the possibility of choosing the base colors, finish, and type of processing (Spatolato, monochromatic, multichromatic), each floor is unique and can faithfully reflect the tastes of the client.
Water-repellent
The resin is a water-repellent material, therefore less prone to the formation of stains and halos as it does not absorb liquids.
The resins merge into the structure of common building materials: bricks, sandstones, mortars, etc., and form a very dense waterproof network. The cross-linking of the resin is also ensured in environments with high humidity levels.
The actual waterproofing of the surface and/or coating will be effective upon completion of all application cycles of the product.

Versatility
Resin is a very versatile material and allows for multiple decorative effects and a variety of colors and combinations, creating smooth or textured surfaces, glossy or matte.
It is possible to simulate any effect of nature, from classic cuts to striking scenic and contemporary effects.
Resin can be enhanced with iridescence, can be troweled or uniform, monochromatic or multicolored while maintaining its characteristics of resistance, hygiene, high washability, and low thickness.
Resistance
The resins adapt perfectly to the support, properly prepared, to which they have been applied.
This allows for a monolithic floor and/or covering, without joints or seams.
This compensates for slopes, increasing the degree of insulation and providing the flooring with great mechanical resistance, to chemicals and wear.
Depending on the type of resin used and the application cycle, we can achieve floorings of different thicknesses (from 1 to 13 mm) without ever compromising on resistance.

Repairability
Resins, in addition to being very resistant to external agents, have the characteristic of being repairable.
Usually, the repair of a resin floor can be done in a short time without requiring excessive costs.
If the floor shows signs of damage, it is possible to intervene on the cracking, repairing the surface by reapplying the same type of resin used originally regardless of its finish.

Analysis and Design
From your project idea to turnkey delivery
Inspection and assessment

Following the customer's contact request, a site inspection is carried out to assess, as accurately as possible, the existing flooring on which the resin will be applied.
The position and usage conditions of the floor will be evaluated, the state of degradation of the substrate, and the possible presence of other agents that could affect the successful installation.

Finish design

Once the preliminary studies on the surface to be resin-coated are completed, our technicians will formulate the suitable and customized application cycle for the requested flooring.
Following the client's indications, various solutions are presented with different types of resin and finishes, all equally effective.
Complementary works

Along with the flooring or coating, the construction of complementary works such as shells or beams for structural joints can be included.

Implementation and Installation
From your project idea to turnkey delivery

Inspection
The inspection is carried out by a specialized technician who will assess the existing flooring on which the new installation will be made.
Both the condition of the flooring, the flatness of the substrate, the presence of depressions and slopes, anomalies to be corrected, and the presence of water infiltration, which could compromise the successful installation of the new flooring, will be evaluated.
1
Repair
In the event that the problems listed above are found, a repair of the substrate will be carried out and it will be prepared, giving it an adequate base uniformity and making it suitable for the adhesion of the new resin coating.
These operations: sandblasting, sanding, shot blasting, hydro washing, scraping, etc. aim to eliminate traces of dirt that have penetrated more or less deeply and to remove any traces of inconsistent parts.
2

Application of the primer
After checking the substrate, you can proceed with the application of the primer. Its function is to ensure that the surface is completely uniform. The primer also makes the substrate more porous and allows the resin to adhere better.
It is a rather fluid compound, it can be water-based and is capable of penetrating very deeply.
3
Application of the resinous formulation
4
Once the substrate is treated with the primer that has an adhesive function, the resin defined during the design phase is applied.
There are different types of resin, each with specific characteristics and a different installation cycle.
This ranges from self-leveling to application by troweling to multilayer.
In this phase, quartz, colored powders, or decorative elements may also be added.

Quality control
Our technicians will be present during the various stages of processing, always in close contact with the installers and immediately available in case of need or technical clarifications.
Following the completion of the work, through periodic checks by our marketing office, the client can count on a complete follow-up.
5
Application of the final seal
6
Once the resin is applied and after it has dried, it will be possible to apply the desired finish (e.g., glossy or matte) and, if necessary, an anti-UV filter.
In this phase, company logos or signage elements (lanes) can also be applied.

Support & Assistance
From your project idea to turnkey delivery

The Technical Office
The technical office is constantly available to the client for a discussion based on their needs and to better understand the various processing phases that are addressed.
The client is always encouraged to express any concerns or specific needs regarding preferences for the finish and aesthetic result of the flooring, as well as in case there are technical requirements (coatings that must withstand particular stresses).
The marketing office
The marketing office is the first company profile the customer comes into contact with.
Courtesy and availability are the main characteristics of this business branch that deals with maintaining and interfacing the customer and their needs with the technical office.
The marketing office's task is also to periodically monitor the customer in the post-sale phase.
