.

 Monocromo

Materials

Monochrome resin floors are based on epoxy or polyurethane, and are available in different RAL colours, with a cement, gloss or matt finish.

These are self-levelling floors. Visually they appear as a continuous paving or cladding, without colour unevenness, and this gives ample space.

We recommend it for

.

Monochrome floor and wall coverings offer several advantages.

They are easy to clean, they are sound-absorbent and given their durability, they are ideal floor and wall coverings for all kinds of environments and sectors.

The realisation and laying

.

The monochrome floor is usually a self-levelling floor, the thickness of which can vary from 2 to 3 mm.The base is prepared by shot-blasting, smoothed with epoxy primer, followed by dusting and application of the self-levelling compound and the finish chosen during the design phase. The resin is dustproof, resistant to light abrasion, easily cleaned and aesthetically elegant.

I declare that I am sixteen years of age or older, and if under sixteen, that I have been authorised by the holder of parental responsibility, therefore I consent to the processing of my personal data as indicated in the Privacy Policy.

The finishes

The single-colour self-levelling floor can have three different finishes: cementitious, glossy, matt. The customer can choose one of the three according to personal taste and the effect they want to achieve. The cementitious finish is reminiscent of Cemento Resina while maintaining an epoxy base. The glossy finish makes the room look very bright and modern, suitable for different environments. The matt finish is less conspicuous and gives the room and its furnishings plenty of room to express themselves.

 Cemento Resina

Materials

Concrete resin è a product that combines the qualitative performance of resin with a pleasant aesthetic effect.

The resistance, high washability and low thickness of resin combine with a material effect typical of cement.

The finish è warm and silky to the touch, presents a texture characterised by chromatic swirls and material vibrations resulting from its processing and the laying techniques of our highly specialised team.

We recommend it for

Concrete resin floor and wall coverings are suitable for all environments where continuity of space, easy washability, sound absorption and resistance are required. At the same time, this collection is ideal for anyone who wants to give a highly textured aesthetic effect, rich in depth and with surprising light refraction effects to their environments. We particularly recommend it in all those environments in contact with customers, where you want to convey welcome and pleasantness.

First the substrate is analysed, which must be flat and free of moisture. The substrate is then prepared through various types of processing, followed by several layers of Cemento Resina application.

The finishes

The finish will be textural with a concrete effect.

The different shades of grey give an immediate sensation of modernity and simplicity, and together with the material effect the rooms are enriched with a feeling of comfort and cosiness.

 Poliuretano Cemento

Materials

RPM Italia's Poliuretano Cemento è a three-component, polyurethane-based, solvent-free hybrid mortar.

We recommend it for

Polyurethano Cemento floor and wall coverings are particularly suitable for all environments where surfaces are continually stressed by:

  • Forklift, forklift and truck traffic

  • High temperatures due to the proximity of machinery and equipment

  • low temperatures

  • Contact with solvents

A material particularly suitable for the food industry with resistance to temperatures ranging from -20°C to +120°C.

First the substrate where the floor and/or wall covering will be laid is analysed.

The substrate is then repaired and suitably processed with different types of workmanship.

The various layers of Poliuretano Cemento application then follow.

The recommended thickness varies from 6 mm to 9 mm depending on the final use of the flooring.

 Nature

Materials

Epoxy, polyurethane, methacrylate or cement resins properly processed can recall certain visual aspects found in Nature.

We recommend it for

Nature floors are suitable for both residential and commercial environments. In the residential sector, the "Nature" effect is particularly appreciated in the living and bathroom areas, both as flooring and wall covering.

In commercial environments, the ‘’Nature’’ effect is ideal for communicating your brand: products, corporate values.

The decorative cycle comprises a first part dedicated to the preparation of the substrate by sanding, followed by the application of the epoxy primer, the pigmented resin that is then loaded with powder and colour and, where necessary, finished with an anti-UV finish

 Spatolato

Materials

Spatolato resin is defined by a natural blurring effect due to the trowelling carried out by the installer. Depending on the project specifications, the resin can be worked either with a single colour or with two colours, which in technical jargon is called ‘’monochrome’ or ‘’two-colour’. Once finished, a monochrome Spatolato is less bright than a bichromatic one.

We recommend it for

The choice of a decorative Spatolato floor guarantees a finished surface with a high visual impact.

A skilful use of spatulas and resins, through a skilful play of colours, tone on tone or with contrasting tones, allows for the creation of continuous coverings with sophisticated textures rich in depth. The same technique for floors can be used for vertical surfaces.

The flooring is made by superimposing several resin layers, worked with special spatulas to obtain contrasts and movements, and finally finished with a glossy or matt effect to protect the surface and give further depth to the chromatic weave.

The Spatolato coating can be produced in a wide range of colours according to the RAL chart.

 Stone

Materials

The Stone line comprises a series of methacrylate, epoxy and polyurethane resin coatings with the addition of flake quartz, grit and stones of all shapes and colours.

During the design phase, the client chooses a base resin available in different shades, after which the desired additional product is mixed.

We recommend it for

Stone floor coverings are suitable for covering large areas.

Stone resin surfaces enjoy great resistance to both driveway and pedestrian traffic.

So it withstands the continuous passage of trucks, forklift trucks (more commonly known as forklifts) and transpallets but also the continuous trampling of pedestrians, just think of the flooring in a shopping centre.

First the substrate where the floor and/or wall covering is to be laid is analysed. Afterwards, the substrate is repaired and processed through various types of machining if necessary.

The next step is to apply the primer and the desired resin mixed with grit, stone, ceramic and non-ceramic quartz, depending on the type of work.

 Veneziana

Materials

The solvent-free epoxy resin Veneziana floor, also known as Terrazzo alla Veneziana, è the reinterpretation of a great flooring classic.

è composed of a resin base on which marble, glass, stone or mother-of-pearl grits of various sizes are distributed. Many colours are available

.

The use of resin as a binder instead of the traditional lime or cement makes it possible to obtain a flooring full of charm but with all the advantages of resin: resistance, minimum thickness, faster timescales.

We recommend it for

Venziana è a highly representative floor covering. The Veneziana resin floor gives great elegance, classicism and extreme luminosity.

This is an ideal floor covering for large reception areas, thanks to its elasticity and resistance, which allow for less use of joints and a lower risk of cracks than the more traditional Veneziana made with lime or cement.

A mixture of epoxy resins and marble powders is used on which grits of different colours and sizes are sown. After catalysis and subsequent polishing, the floor is finished with a polished or satin finish.

 Print

Materials

Using adhesives or high-definition prints, we are able to customise floors and walls with decorative motifs that are incorporated into the resin coating.

We recommend it for

Customisation with pvc prints and masks is recommended for anyone who wants customised and unique environments.

You can customise both walls and floors with corporate colours and logos and decorative motifs of all kinds.

We recommend it for making commercial activities such as shops, accommodation facilities (restaurants, wineries, wellness centres, farmhouses, hotels, B&B) and office areas immediately recognisable.

The high aesthetic function is accompanied by resistance and impermeability features that ensure a long life to resin floors and coverings.

The project is carried out in collaboration with trusted artisans who take care of the high-definition printing of the chosen decorative motif and the creation of the PVC mask, which is then inserted into the classic resin application cycle.

First the substrate on which the floor and/or wall covering will be realised is analysed.

First, the substrate is repaired and worked on, if necessary.

The primer is then applied, to which the print is in turn applied.

We then apply layers of resin and the final seal.
