The Materials

Rpm Italia's polyurethane cement is a three-component, polyurethane-based, solvent-free hybrid mortar.

We Reccomend It For

The floors and coatings in polyurethane cement are particularly suitable in all environments where the surfaces are continuously stressed by:

Traffic of forklifts, forklifts and road haulage
High temperatures due to the proximity of machinery and equipment
Low temperatures
Contact with solvents

It is a material particularly suitable for the food industries with resistance to temperatures ranging from -20° C to + 120° C.

Production and Flooring

First, the substrate where the floor and / or wall covering will be laid is analyzed.
The bottom is therefore repaired and adequately worked with different types of processing.
The various layers of application of the polyurethane cement will then follow.
The recommended thickness varies from 6 mm to 9 mm depending on the final use of the flooring.
